Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales), order processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Standard U.S. shipping is a flat $5 per order. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You can use this number to check your shipment status on the carrier’s website.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Shipping availability is shown at checkout. 


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are not included in our prices or shipping fees.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is lost, damaged, or incorrect. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
We are not responsible for packages once they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Information

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at admin@purebabybliss.com within 7 days and we’ll help you investigate with the carrier.
